I'm not a banker, a broker, or a fund manager. I'm an operator — and that distinction matters.

My name is Kyle. I've spent the last 15+ years in senior operations leadership across manufacturing, industrial, and distribution businesses. I've held VP and SVP roles — managing teams over 600 people, running 10+ site operations, owning P&Ls, and solving the hard problems that come with keeping a business running well day after day.

I know what a well-run operation looks like from the inside. I know what good people look like, what good processes look like, and what it takes to keep both intact through a transition.
