That focus makes me a different kind of buyer. I'm not trying to maximize a return on a five-year hold. I'm trying to find a business that fits, step in as its owner, and take care of what the previous owner built.

I'm based in Spring, TX and intend to be present in the business. I'm focused on the greater Houston MSA — Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, and surrounding counties.

I'm looking for businesses with a long track record — typically 10 or more years in operation — generating stable, consistent cash flow. Not startups, not turnarounds.
Established and profitable
The best businesses have good people who know what they're doing. I want to keep them. If the entire operation lives in the owner's head, that's a harder conversation.
A team already in place
Whether you're planning retirement, stepping back, or simply ready for the next chapter — I'm looking for owners who are genuinely ready to hand off, not those being pressured into it.
